To find out which bar your macros are on I suggest do the following (If you are using a bar mod it is a good idea to turn on your old Blizzard Action bars to figure out which of your Bars correlates with the Blizzard bars). Then you need to figure out what bar they are on (the third macro still works if you use a bar mod, but generally you want to keep it on Bars 1-6 of your bar mod). Instructions: After making these three macros you need to place the first two on your bars (preferably next to each other and on the same bar for simplicities sake). It takes too long to get to the nodes, and you can farm more ores just doing laps in the zone instead.Comment by 242099There is a full proof way for targeting all of these mobs. There are two caves in the zone, but it's not worth going inside them. Shadowmoon Valley is also a great place to farm.
(maybe with good gear it's worth clearing them) These are much bigger than the Nagrand caves, and the mobs are a lot higher level. But, you should only go inside if you have stealth or if there is a lot of other people farming in the zone. Just like in Nagrand, I marked the caves with red circles on the map.
Netherstorm is also an excellent place to farm Adamantite Ore. The mobs in the caves are easy to kill and the caves are not that big, so it's usually worth going inside. Nagrand is one of the best places to farm Adamantite Ore because of all the caves (marked with red circles). Note for Retail WoW players: Don't forget to learn Outland Mining from Hanlir or Fono at Shattrath City! You can mine this ore without having Outland Mining, but you will get MUCH fewer ores! Nagrand Khorium Veins are a rare spawn of Adamantite Deposits, much like Truesilver is a rare spawn of Mithril, so sometimes you will find a few Khorium too. There were no major changes to ores at Outland, so this guide can be used for Burning Crusade Classic (TBC) and Retail WoW.
